Twin Rivers Paper Company is a leader in the production of specialty papers. We are pleased
to announce that our Madawaska Operation is seeking a committed individual to join our team to
work full-time as a TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR.

Responsibilities:

  • Works extensively with Twin Rivers’ customer service representatives and external

carriers to prioritize shipments and to ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner

  • Manages areas of transportation by planning truck shipments, rail shipments, or

warehouse releases and warehouse management

  • Understand freight costs and optimizes/reduces these costs at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5-6 years of experience in the transportation sector
  • Possess solid interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, creative with proven customer

service skills

  • Ability to manage orders, assigned tasks and time. Identify customer needs and present

info in an effective manner. Analyze and monitor forecasts. Participate in process
improvement. Cross train and back up others as needed

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel
