Qualifications, Duties and Technical Skills:
Assists in the development and execution of annual marketing budget and plan.
Assists in the development and execution of company events.
Maintains and reports on the status of marketing expenses.
Maintains marketing compliance file system.
Develops business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and makes recommendations on marketing tactics.
Develops and directs media advertising and sales literature directly or through advertising agencies and outside vendors.
Develops, directs, and implements production and distribution of customer announcements of new products and services through newsletters and special mailings.
Advises financial institution departments on content and design of printed materials for internal and external use.
Edits and directs production of newsletters and promotional literature.

Bachelors degree in marketing, business or consumer-related studies, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of one year in banking, one year in direct sales, one year in publishing or five years of marketing experience.
Must be familiar with financial institution products and services.
