ABOUT THE POST
The Customer Liaison Adviser is a key contributor in enhancing the quality of the wider student experience by providing information, advice/or signposting on a diverse and complex range of issues, using digital technologies to own, manage and account for the timely, effective resolution of queries.
This is a great opportunity for career development in the Higher Education professional services and will involve working closely with staff across the University to enhance the student experience.
