Our client: A leading high-end custom apparel and fashion company.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the General Manager, the primary focus of this role is to build, develop, lead and motivate a team. Take accountability to achieve revenue targets. Responsible for branch operations by providing direction and guidance to branch staff on operational/regulatory procedures, ensuring compliance with operational, security, audit procedures, and timely completion of branch operational tasks. Assign and achieve individual learning targets for self and get the learning results. Ensure high levels of customer service to maintain and build a lasting customer relationship. Participate and contribute towards business development and marketing by giving valid inputs in campaigns and promotions run by the marketing department.

Skills

Must Haves: Business Degree with 7+ years experience in Men’s Fashion Custom/Bespoke/Made to Measure tailoring with atleast 2 years in supervisory role. Knowledge about fabrics, fabric trends and luxury products etc. Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive the business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge. Committed to the business. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
